For registration of the team you should fill in a FIS standard entry application for athletes and officials – form “A”. Please, fill in correct name, sex, dates of birth and FIS number of all athletes and officials.

VISA SUPPORT
Visa support is provided by the Russian Cross Country Ski Federation.
Visa application form D should contain the following information:
Surname, name;
date of birth;
copy of the passport page with the participant's photo;
dates of Issue and validity ***of passport,
address, telephone/ fax of the National Ski Federation;
information about the place (town) of visa issuance.
*** In accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia the date of validity of the passport is to be not less than 6 month since the last day of visit to Russia)
Visa Application Form D should be sent to the Russian Cross Country Ski Federation before December 10, 2009 by e-mail: ski@roc.ru.

We do not guarantee visa receipt by the applications sent later the indicated deadline.
LIMITATIONS
In accordance with the current FIS regulations the number of participants must correspond to the FIS rules for the Ski World Cup stages and other FIS regulations.
RESPONSIBILITY
Each participant must have the Association insurance and the signed Athlete's Declaration. The organizers are responsible only for the third parties legal liability.
PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
Financial conditions apply as stated in FIS WC rules. All travel and accommodation costs will be settled in finance office with the Team Captain at Demino Ski Sport Center, Rybinsk.
January 21, 2010 – accommodation and transport service issues.
January 21-24, 2010 – the prize fund issues.
Transport expenses of the finalists will be refunded by the organizers in cash. The team payments can be done in cash as well as via credit cards.

SKI WAXING FACILITIES
Waxing is arranged according to FIS WC rules. Places for ski preparation will be available at the stadium.
Should additional rent of tables for ski preparation be necessary, as well as additional areas for ski servicing, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance using Form B.
ATTACHE
Each team may have their own attaché provided free of charge by the Organizer during the race days. Please let us know in Form B if you need an attaché or not.
RADIO EQUIPMENT
Use of equipment for radio broadcast on the territory of the Russian Federation is regulated by the Communication Ministry of RF. See for additional information on acquiring a permit for installation of transmitting equipment on www.minsvyaz.ru.
